The coffin range includes:
Oak veneered: Traditional coffins which are suitable for both burial and cremations. *
Mahogany veneered: Featuring a mahogany-stained finish. *
Solid oak: A distinctive, high-quality material, more suitable for traditional burials. *
Willow: A renewable crop, which is becoming increasingly popular as an environmentally friendly alternative. Locally sourced from the Somerset Levels.
Picture coffin: These can be produced to any colour or design in wood or cardboard for a unique or creative touch.
Cardboard: Made from cardboard materials produced from unbleached pulp containing 80% recycled paper and wood sourced from sustainable forests.
Banana leaf: A sustainable by-product from Banana plants.
Seagrass: A hand woven coffin made from natural yarns.
* All solid oak and veneered coffins come with a choice of handles and are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council

A traditional choice and ideally suited for cremations due to its lightweight properties.
Willow Coffins
Each of our hand-crafted natural coffins have been intricately hand-woven by skilled basketmakers. We offer a varied selection of natural materials which have been each carefully selected for sustainability.
Cardboard Coffins
An eco-friendly alternative to the traditional choice. Made from recycled products, these biodegradable coffins are ideal for natural or woodland burials.
As your funeral director we will provide you with information on each particular design, the cost and reasons why you may like to choose it and advice on which are most suitable for cremations and burials. Ultimately the choice of a coffin or casket is a personal one and may be influenced by religious or local customs or personal taste.
In addition to the traditional veneered and solid wood options, we can also provide those made of renewable materials such as willow, seagrass and banana. We can also provide bespoke coffins including coloured or patterned options, painted finishes and personal designs if required.
