"Hi Matt - thank you and everyone who attended and helped in preparation for and at the funeral yesterday for my father. We were all very appreciative of the kindness and consideration shown by everyone from Wakely's, which helped make such a sad occasion feel very personal and full of fellowship.
I was particularly pleased that my father's coffin was carried rather than moved about on a trolley, which happens so often these days. It is far from easy to do, however it was absolutely the right approach for a very traditional service and burial.
I was also appreciative of the quality of the paper and the printing used for the service sheet. It was excellent.
My mother was so relieved that the service she planned all came together so well on the day. "
